Ralph Nitschke, born 1956, executive/direct
search - strategy consulting - organisational consulting, founder of RNI International. After studying computer-science and economy he first worked as a DP-Manager for 5 years, before he joined Computer Associates. Within 11 years at CA he successfully held different technical- and sales-management-positions and was a member of the German board. As Technical Director he was in charge for CA´s technical support, product-management and product-marketing, consulting and training. As Sales Director he was responsable for sales of systems-management- products, the Southern German region and governmental sales within different horizontal and vertical sales-models. Since 1997 Ralph successfully runs Europe-wide executive/direct- search projects, organisation- and strategy-consulting-projects. For a few years now he focuses on supporting companies in entering the Eastern European market, from market-analyses and site-decision over search for sales-partners to search for the right employees to start business at the new locations. eMail: r.nitschke@rni-international.com |
